Ok, here i am posting again. I returned 2 additional times back to the eighth floor of the Don Quoxite building in Akiba. I bought even more souvenirs the 2nd time, but both times i went back, there was a concert performance going on in the main theatre hall. I was in the main lobby area along with various other fans that couldn't get tickets. I was just browsing and noticed their performance - live on the 2 flat screen tv's just outside the main threatre doors. Every now and then, a person that had tickets would enter, and we would see the doors open, and a glimpse of the audience and even the main stage and a few of the girls performing live, but only for a short moment. It was magical, but for some reason, the screen wasn't very clear, but i can hear the music so loud and in the next room.

yea, it was most excellent meeting MARIKO-CHAN in person, and i spoke some japanese to her, that she understood. I remember her commenting on how warm and humid it was outside, and she thanked me as she shook my hand for a few minutes. She is so damn gorgeous! i love her!

This is a great vacation, i even got to visit the H!P stores in Shibuya and Harajuku. I also visited the AKB store 3 times, and spent over 20,000 yen, close to 200 dollars in souvenirs.

welcome new AKB48 fans, as soon as i get back from my trip, i will try to post some pix, and more AKB, until then, thanks for visiting my thread, and always willing to share the love of AKB!!!

Mariko Shinoda is so gorgeous in person, and is currently my favorite member, with Tomomi Kasai close in 2nd. :bonk:

yea, i spent quite a bit at the AKB store and a visit three different times during this trip, i doubt there will be any time for a fourth, i fly out back on Sunday. Cool a new PB...of who?

Ah...i did see Risa chan new MM pb at the H!P store...i think it was 2800 yen, but i didn't get it.

AKB48 has a new single due out and they had this cool "BINGO" poster on display but i forgot to take a photo of it, not sure if it was signed like the other posters in the AKB theater lobby area.

i'll try to post mariko-chan's autograph from her book that i bought, it was truly awesome meeting her in person! :bow: :woot:
