No, whatLs it about?

Here is the basics of it
Spoiler — click to reveal From the time you are born to the time you die you have a ring around your neck....it starts off as a dotted line and then gets darker and darker till it is a solid thick black line. When that happends the Shinigami (in this anime there is only 1) comes and cuts your head off at that line. Yet obviously that not how it looks to humans. Well there is this one girl who can see the rings around peoples necks. One day she falls and her glasses come off (she wears the glasses so she cant see the rings) and she sees two guys who have pitch black rings on their necks. She find out that there was a bad accident in which those two boys were the only ones to survive. She decideds to tell them that they are in bad danger when she witnesses them killing a zombie dog. They find out she can see the rings and they use her to find people with the black rings who are suppose to be dead but have been turned into zombies. The two guys are also zombies but they have whats called a Zombie loan with the Ferryman (dont know really what he is yet). So the girl becomes comrads with the two guys (friends just isnt the right word) and they hunt Zombies for money. Once they repay their loan they are back to being human

I also recently saw the latest Claymore episode
Spoiler — click to reveal I was shocked that Priscilla has not shown her full power form till now. I want Clare to beat her soooo badly but then she might really go over the limit and then it is over. I know there is one more episode left so im waiting to see what happends. If Clare dies then I dont wish to see a second season but if she lives and is not an awakened being then bring on the second season!!! :woot:

I have to wonder if the producers asked the author about Priscilla, cause I the manga hasn't gotten that far into her story. As far as what happens to her at the end of this latest episode...

Spoiler — click to reveal
Well, that's what was supposed to happen when she defeats Rigardo. What they basically did was delay her half-awakening, and inserted the Priscilla story filler in between her half-awakening and the end of that story arc. I can see that they could do a second season, but there may not be enough of the manga out to really fill a decent season. I could see that since they got all the Priscilla stuff out of the way, they could concentrate on the polictical aspects in the second season, as well as finally introduce the current #1-3's which occurs right after the Rigardo stuff. I kind of doubt it, cause Raki, again, isn't supposed to be w/ Clare right now.

If they do follow what happens after the Rigardo fight, then this will be a true spoiler, so dont read whats below, as my prediction for the last ep..

She should defeat Priscilla, as she did Rigardo in the manga. It'll be a laser beam sfx filled cliche EPIC battle, but is about to awaken after she defeats Priscilla. Jean is there to pull her back, as Clare did for her. Helen, Deneve, Miria all reattach their severed limbs.. Clare is reuinited with Raki which brings closure to the story (a hug at least, maybe another kiss). They'll probably end the series w/ the four of them (should be the 7 survivors of the battle in Pieta, w/o Raki) swearing revenge against the organisation, leaving the possibility of the second season.

Death Note in Belgium

Notes near Body Parts in Belgium Linked to Death Note

posted on 2007-10-01 18:07 EDT
Notes in park reportedly say "Watashi wa Kira dess" with misspelling

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

La Dernière Heure, a French daily newspaper in Belgium similar to United Kingdom's The Sun or America's New York Post, reports that two identical messages linked to the Death Note manga were left near severed body parts that were discovered Friday afternoon in the forest of Belgium's Duden Park. According to the newspaper, the two paper sheets both say "Watashi wa Kira dess," an apparent mispelling of the Japanese phrase "Watashi wa Kira desu," or "I am Kira (Killer)." This is a catchphrase from writer Tsugumi Ooba and artist Takeshi Obata's Death Note suspense manga series, in which a high school boy discovers a notebook which allows him to kill people by writing their names in it.

The lower abdomen and two thighs of an unknown Caucasian male were discovered by walkers in the park Friday at 5:30 p.m. local time, and police sources for the newspaper said that the body parts were left no more than six hours before the discovery. There was no clothing, personal effects, or identification besides the two paper sheets. The two paper sheets reportedly had the same message, but written in two different colors with no apparent signs of aging. Duden Park is located on east side of the Senne River Valley.

Belgian police are requesting that anyone who saw suspicious behavior on Friday between 12:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. near or at the park to call the Belgian phone number 02/559.80.00.

I have been watching Zombie Loan and I like it alot. Does anyone know when the second season will start. According to Anime News Network there are 11 eps which have all been played but it left it at a cliff hanger. Are they not going to do anymore Zombie loan???

it was partly explained in 9, i think, and maybe more in ep 10. If you watch the credits, i think it gives a typical anime ending... not so much a cliffhanger.
