I'm currently watching Death Note. I've watched the first two episodes, which have left me desperate to see more. Very exiting stuff (never read the manga or seen the movies, so I don't know the story, I'm pleased to say).

Death Note is a great series. Saw both movies, though they kind of crammed a lot in. See the movie just for the thrill of seing Erika Toda chained in tattered clothing. That scene is just really sexy.

Welcome to the NHK is 24 episodes. As for the creature, I'm not exactly sure what it is suppose to be but it metaphorically represents the idea or realm of conspiracy that the main character dwells in, I think. I don't know if it's drawn from the manga or not, because I've only seen the anime. The anime is superbly funny...definitely watch it until the end for it is worthwhile in many respects.

Whatever it is, it's darn cute. :D I can't work up the interest to get back to the manga, but that whatever-it-is hadn't appeared by the middle of volume one. I'm gonna flick through the book tonight, see if it's there. I'm thinking I'm gonna end up selling my 2 books. :sweat:

I'm not sure if I'd enjoy that scene with Erika quite as much as you, lol, but I think I'd like to see the movies. Although, only after the anime. :victory:

Watching Code Geass. Wow, much better then I thought it would be. Trying to zip through it, but can only watch it after my girlfirend goes to bed. :grumble:

I'm approaching the tail end of Dennou Coil. It's been pretty good thus far. Trying to tackle other animes too but I want to finish this one instead of constantly juggling a few different animes. :bonk:

I'm on the second volume of Death Note, and on episode 9 or 10, and I can't believe how well the awesomeness is being maintained. :victory:

What are you talking about...I don't even try to keep up with all the anime out there...it's almost impossible....there are so many titles that come out every year it's overwhelming. Nothing at all to be embarrassed about...I kinda stumble on certain titles, if they sound interesting then I'll download them...but b/n films, anime, and doramas it's impossible to me to stay absolutely current on everything. I wouldn't have time to live...even with access to the Internet's resources.

I didn't read the manga...but I really enjoyed the anime quite a bit.

just saw Naruto Shippuuden movie

what the hell. lame. why do i keep watching that stuff. there wasn't any point in making the movie it was just like an extended normal naruto episode with a little better animation effects. kinda like an SP thing for doramas. lol

I have it on my hard drive but I haven't watched it yet because I have don't wan to start another anime until I watch the ones I already started....too many films, anime, and dramas.

I wouldn't read the manga now...knowing what was going to happen would spoil it for me. And also, it's about a million volumes long, or summat. :mrgreen:
