Disc 1 right now... No English subs, though.

Odd that the menu would have some English text... :headscratch:

Yeah. Tried to do a quick search but only found the 2004 remake with subs, not the original series.

There's the US release with the English dub.... I downloaded the Japanese release from asiandvdclub... Four discs.

The video wasn't remastered at all... Looks like a straight transfer from the source: Lots of dust, streaks, hair, etc. in the video...

Yeah? Well it IS difficult to find older shows subbed in English. Not unheard of but certanly rare.

Seemingly endless. :victory: :nut:

Ive watched even more of this than the first series.
The characters are older and not just cute.

And my favorite, Kakashi Hatake is back in a major role in this latest arc. :victory:

Now Im on ep 204. About to run out of the DVDs though.

Have to switch to Crunchyroll. :beaten:

:hehe: Nice. Speaking of streaming. Don't you have a Vizio flat panel at home? I've been watching some anime streamed on Crunchyroll. Their website says certain Vizio panels have a Crunchyroll channel/app built-in that allows you to stream directly to your TV without any other components. Pretty cool.

Not mine... They added those built-in internet apps on the later models. :(

I've been researching some of the current Blu-Ray players that have similar apps built-in... Along with Wi-Fi.
