Hey, has anybody here ever played Vampire the Masquerade - Redemption or Bloodlines? They are among my all time favorites. The music in both is very, very deep. I listen to the music in winamp :bonk: I finished Redemption 2 times until now and Bloodlines 200 times  If you know any games like these please tell me cuz i love them!!!

Oh, that's good to hear. I was just going by all the moaning I'd seen on Amazon.

Ooh, you beat Berial! I didn't try many many times, but quite a few. I got rid of that demo, but I need to download it again. :victory:
I think I got his health down by a third on my best go. Eek.
LittleBigPlanet sounds great from what I've read and seen.

Has anyone heard of White Knight Chronicles? A JRPG that looks very interesting.
Does anyone know any japanese RPG? If you do please share with me

That's asking a whole lot... and you didn't mention for which system...
As for good ones I've played, all on PS2...
- Dragon Quest VIII: Journey Of The Cursed King
- Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne
- Persona 3
For the last one, you may want to get the recent Persona 3 FES release; added content and cheaper, too.

Mr Green
Sorry i forgot to say for what system :bonk:  for PC, unfortunately i don't own a PS2 and i don't anyway have the money to buy games right now! LOL  For PC i just find the right torrent :metaldevil:  I do own a Xbox360 but the games for it in my country are terribly expensive!!! :shamefulcry: Anyway thanks very much for your reply and for your intention to answer my question.
Please update if you know any for PC!!! Of if anyone knows japanese or asian RPG's for PC. Or not necessarily RPG's, action, shooter, strategy, any kind.
Thanks in advance
For action, I think Devil May Cry 4 was for PC. For RPG, they're hard to find. Unless you can read Japanese. They have tons of them, but only available for import.

The fact that i don't know japanese is my biggest problem :shamefulcry:
Its just so damn hard :banghead: I don't know why the developers don't make them for international releases cuz there are many like me that are in love with asian folklore, legends, anime, manga, history and mostly their believes and way of life or better said way of thinking cuz their lives are not so different from ours in this days. There are many like me who would do anything to get their hands on such a game. Example Samurai Warriors, Dynasty Warriors, Warriors Orochi. I'd love to have more games based on such asian folklore but more types, not just this hack n' slash types although i like them very much as they are. If anyone knows more please tell me.Devil may cry 4 lunches for PC on 06/02/2008. Thanks for telling me that they will, i really thought it was only on Xbox360 and PS3.
Probably the best-known Japanese RPG's would be the Final Fantasy series. But unfortunately most of those never made it to PC, except VII, VIII and XI.
VII and VIII are really old now (PS1 vintage) and probably hard to find. XI is still available AFAIK but is a MMORPG and requires a monthly fee to play, much like WoW. The other option. if your comp is a high enough spec, would be a PS2 emulator, which now apparently works quite well with a lot of games.

You really should check out some gaming websites, like IGN and Gamespot to name but two.
Here is a page at IGN with tons of RPGs for PC listed -
RPGs for PC at IGN
Finally Act 5 of Ultimate Alliance. I THINK it's the last Act...
Thanks everyone!!! I always search for games on gamezone cuz i never knew IGN had so many info on so many games :bonk: Thanks for the heads up. About Final Fantasy, well i don't really like the idea of paying a fee to play a game, i never agreed of WOW or games like that  I think it should be the other way around :naughty: LOL But Final Fantasy, well probably if i would have a lot of money on me i would probably pay the damn fee to play. But it would have to really impress me to not regret it.
Another question(sorry for bothering you so much), does anyone know if and how do i copy an Xbox360 game from the cd to the Xbox360 HDD, so i would be able to play it without inserting the cd cuz the cd gets f....ed up if you play more than 1 hour a day :grumble: and where i'm from, an Xbox360 game costs around $120.

If the CD gets screwed up after playing one hour, something is definitely wrong with your CD or your XBox...
Yes. If you game gets damaged while playing, Microsoft will replace it for free IIRC. Minus the shipping fees. As long as you don't move your console while a cd is in it, it shouldn't be a problem.
There was a rumor for the next dashboard update, that you could enable caching to the HDD. It's still a rumor tho.

I said at least one hour a day, and i have the cd from 2 years ago, and it started acting funny. There were times when i played 8 hours a day or more on the same game and times when i didn't play at all, thats why i approximated 1 hour a day cuz there are weeks or more when i don't even touch it, but when i do, i do if you get my point. :metaldevil:  When i start playing i don't stop easily :nut: but i'm not always in the mood for the 4 games i have on Xbox so that doesn't happen very often.

That dashboard update would be very, very helpful. What does IIRC mean?
I already replaced DOA4 once from the shop i bought it, but they since realized they're not obliged to do so, and they don't want to replace it anymore!!! :shamefulcry: What do i do so Microsoft will replace it?

There are a lot of jrpgs that are translated to English. I'm a heavy jRPGer myself (it's actually my main interest. Dorama is just a side-hobby) and I played many of them. Really good stuffs. The actual problem was not the amount of RPGs translated (though I think there are still a lot of untranslated jprgs there). If any, it's the platform that you have. You can get all these translated jrpgs, the Warriors series, the ninja games (Tenchu, Shinobido), action series (Onimusha, series, Warriors series), j-horror (Fatal Frame series) in PS2 but not necessarily in XBox (which are mainly, for now, on FPS and western games).
If you really would do anything to get your hands on such a game, you either get a PS2 (pretty cheap now the new gen consoles are all out on the market) or scour for a PC emulator.
IIRC = if I remember correctly

Thanks!!! It seems i didn't know what console to buy!!! :shamefulcry: :beaten: As soon as i can i will buy a PS2 it seems. I didn't know it had so many jgames i like, on Xbox360 i only found a demo of Tenchu Z in the market place and it was one of the best jgame i ever played. Thanks again!!! As for emulators, well their not good enough to make the gameplay as fun as on the original platform.
I finished Ultimate Alliance! :woot:
I mean, it wasn't a clean finish, since I missed two quests, but overall I was very successful. The Hard option is now open and I can play a new character. :dancing:
I think I'll take a break from it now and start playing Call of Duty 4. I know I know, I said I'd go back to Oblivion, but I have peeps bugging me now to play Call of Duty, so I'll humour them a bit.

*harrumphs* :hehe:
I'll want to hear what you think of COD4. The two friends I have on PSN, if ever they're online only seem to play that game. I've also never seen a bad review of it.
I've done loads in Oblivion now. I've completed the main quest - what a job that was, but it was very enjoyable. :victory:

I'm glad you've done loads! I remember it didn't take me long to convince you to get the game in the first place. ;)
I want to still get GTA. I'll try to pick that up this weekend or the next.
