Not all that much, really. I maxed at 295lbs for 3x in high school about 10 years ago. But I NEVER max out these days...

Ushiroyubi, you kinda look like vin diesal. Keep on working out, i wish I still do. Nowadays I only lift maybe (if I'm lucky) once a week.
