Yeah, I don't think he would ever hit a girl now. My father had very similar attitude as Takuya and his father, until my dad had two daughters. I think it was for the best that my dad never had a son...he would have been very strict. I know many people were wishing for Takuya to have a son but I imagine he would be very strict with a boy. That's why I'm happy for Takuya that he has two beautiful little girls :)

No, Japan is a male-dominated society. The oldest son is the most important part of the family.

yea i agree.. takuya would probably be very strict to his son (if he has one). he would have high expectations of him..

im glad that they had two daughters too! hahaha
i think shizuka takes good care of her daughters..
dressed them up nicely and cutely in beautiful clothings..
afterall, she's good at dolling up too!
i hope the two kids will grow up to become beautiful ladies..
do u think takuya and shizuka would want their daughters to enter the entertainment industry?

im so glad takuya and shizuka did not sell their daughter's photos to the media to earn extra money ( like what tom cruise and katie holmes did)
i thought that would be a very despicable act..
by not doing so.. it just shows how thoughtful takuya and shizuka are..

ahaha~~thats the reason why I didn't like Takuya very much. He such a temper person for me, and I didn't like guy who actually hit woman when they pissed them off! Woman is a treasure gold in this world, and hit them means they also hit something most important for themselves. I read somewhere, said Takuya hit a girl/woman when that girl/woman say something bad about him.~ :beatyou:

Oh I know...people said that Shizuka is not as beautiful as Takuya but she's very feminine and delicate....the ideal Japanese proper young lady, haha.

I don't know if they would want their kids in showbiz because they both started out as teenage stars. Maybe they would want the girls to have a "normal" upbringing. Also, it would put a lot of pressure on the girls being the daughters of Kimura Takuya and Kudo Shizuka.

One of the members of NEWS was the son of two legendary enka singers and his parents made him quit because he wasn't the star of NEWS :doh:
Not that I think Takuya and Shizuka would ever do that. I bet you if Takuya's daughters decided on their own to be entertainers both their parents would say "go for it and do your best." But otherwise they wouldn't direct them towards that career choice.

well~~from what I know, japanese press is actually, respect about artiste married life. Even they have Kimura's daughers pics, they wouldn't spread it like paparazzi always do, and if they want show it to public, they will blur the face~~thats the only hting I can't take bout press..~~others..none yet :hehe:

one fine example would be the daughter of elvis presley.. even though the mother was a great beauty and the father is like the most handsome man ever-living on eartn (from what majority says), the daughter didnt make it big.. so actually.. it all depends on fate. yea..

i understand why the parents of that NEWS member would want their son to quit.. its hard for them to accept the truth that their son is not the ichiban amongst the members when they themselves were..

seriously speaking, from an objective point of view.. shizuka aint pretty to me.. compared to stars of her time.. there are definitely prettier ladies..
but i can tell that she is very gentle and caring lady.. a very dedicated mother and understanding wife..
i am half beliving all those news about shizuka quarelling with takuya about making a comeback in the entertainment industry.. probably its just a trival matter bt them.. it aint some big disagreements.. but somehow the media made it sound so serious and huge..
in fact.. no one would know the truth other than takuya and shizuka themselves..

i would have to agree with u that Takuya is a tempermental person..
hehe.. but this is what that attracts me to him!!!!
i love everything about him.. and sees his flaws as something positive..
i regarded this character of his as something positive.. he is daring to show his true emotions..
im sure he wouldnt hit a woman now..

even though his temper may seem bad to the public.. im sure that this is very different from the way he treats people around him..
im a partime model and my manager always reminds me to be nice to working friends.. he said no one would be able to survive long in any industry ( including entertainment industry) if he or she has shit attitude..
one needs to be kind and nice to everyone around them.. only in this way would the person gain respect from everyone..
i can gurantee that takuya and the rest of smap members are nice people.. thats why they can remain popular till now..
if not.. they would be faced with contract problems and lotsa bashing up from the paparazzi..
i have seen many stars who were kept under operation cold store because they were too cocky..
SMAP must have learnt from others' experience and behave themselves in the correct way.. =)

Ne, i dun think Kimura and Shizuka will let their daughters to go inside the entertainment industry.. But if itz their choice to choose that road, the parents will allow them to, also..

Who knows? Maybe 10 yrs later, the two daughters are one of the super stars also.. Hehe.. :hehe:

Each episode will be split into five parts. The clips have to be less than 10 minutes long.
