Today I received a huge shipment of SMAP and other Japanese stuff that I bought from Yahoo Japan. About 20 of the cds I had received were completely ruined because they were soaked in water. How could that have happened with out my other items being wet?!? If they were all soaked I could just take the package to the post office and complain there but this had to have been intentionally done because all the cds were wrapped in a big plastic bag and then wrapped in bubble wrap. Completely dry on the outside and wet on the inside. It's like the person responsible for packing got pissed off and decided to dump water into the plastic bag and then carefully wrapped it in bubble wrap before shipping. i don't understand it. I was so pissed because some of the early SMAP singles that I didn't have yet were in this shipment. Luckily none of the other items were damaged because I had some books and uchiwas in this shipment as well but :headscratch: Hmmm. I wrote a long email complaint to the auction service I used because obviously this had to have been done by someone there. I'm worried because I ordered the Pop Up dvd through this auction service and almost all other SMAP stuff from Yahoo Japan through them. :shakehead: Gomen, ne. But it was kind of SMAP related and I figure you guys would understand my frustration.

Nagisa, I ca understand how you are feeling now. Anger right? I was like you last week. HMV folded up my pop up dvd poster. I was very very pissed off and complain them about it. They told me because the poster was a free poster so they fold it! How can they say such thing when CD japan take the trouble to pack the poster in bigger box? So I replied them again, telling them that they have got customer service problem. Now I had to buy 1 more of the same poster. can't find it any where...sad sad...

I was really pissed too when i opened the package and saw the folded poster. Damn!!! it's not going to be a good poster.
HMV is getting worse in terms of customer service. My friend had to cancel her Pop Up orders because they were so late in giving replies.
That's why i ordered my Nihon Chinbotsu DVD from CDjapan.
I still have 5000 yen bonus point at hmv, i think i'm gonna use it for my last order at hmv :grumble: but i still don't know which to buy, between Hotel Venus DVD and another SMAP concert DVD. Any advice?

First, what I just realized is...the card on Takuya's hand HAS TO BE the BLACK ACE with a BIG CLOVER on the center. That BLACK ACE. If you guess right the red ace or any other card even if its on Takuya's hand, it will only bring us to the Mayonaka footage again. So you have to click "Are You Lucky!?" again, if that happens. Then, skip the 1st to 4th cards, and press 1 on Takuya's card. If you failed, then click 'Are You Lucky' again, and skip the first 4 cards again and press 1 on Takuya's card, over and over, until you get the BLACK ACE. However...
You can also cheat!!Spoiler — click to reveal
There's a SECOND way, that I just found. When you are already on the LUCKY ON-STAGE MAYONAKA footage, you can click the GO TO button, or whichever button you have, to function the "Skipping Directly to A Certain Track"....and press Track 11. And, jaaang ...you will get the Super-Lucky footage!!^^
Anyhow....just keep trying ne!! GOOD LUCK!!!^0^
