HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE!!!!!!!!! Genki, minna? I spent last night, the whole night together with Qnuy and other Smappies, watching Kouhaku, and we stayed over at one of our house...haha! This is my first time spending New Year's Eve with Smappies, from night to morning.
Nagisa-chan, I've finished burning all of your Goro stuff. Are you still on holidays?^^

SMAP Members' Relationships
Nakai hangs out alot with Tsuyoshi for private drinks and eats. Sometimes he has to drag along Shingo too, coz he's Tsuyoshi's bestfriend. But most of the time, he's most comfortable with Tsuyoshi, he thinks Tsu is a good listener, so he must had talked alot about his life problems to Tsuyoshi.
Nakai and Shingo does not hangout together that much. But in terms of work/job, Nakai trust Shingo very much. If he's not around, Nakai would leave the Leader job to Shingo. For the past few years, Nakai had taught SMAP's management matters to Shingo.
That's behind the screen... While ON-SCREEN, they like to bully each other alot...Nakai did mean things to Shingo and also the other way around. At some points, Shingo said he dislike Nakai Masahiro

Nakai needs Kimura in SMAP's critical times. Most of the time, he discuss work matters regarding SMAP with Kimura. They used to be highschool buddies, but their relationship had further away as they grow and become adults. However, although they themselves might not realize it...they actually depend alot to each other.
Nakai and Goro....just doesn't work =P Nakai said over and over the member he cannot get along the most with, is Goro. He would never want to be left alone with Goro. After the Za Gyoten show, in a related topic, he was asked, "If you have to be a surrogate mother for any of the SMAP members, who would you lend your uterus to?". Nakai thought of it for a few secs, "Mmmmmmmmm............definitely NOT to Goro-chan!!!". When they were younger though...they were together quite alot of times, as they had the same drama (Let's Go To School) and the same movie (Private Lessons), they also stayed at the same dorm. But even on those times, Nakai scold Goro alot as a big brother to a younger brother would...and few times he made Goro cried^^ Actually, instead of the made-up "Nakai and Kimura Not Getting Along" rumours, a made-up "Nakai and Goro Not Getting Along" rumours would make more sense! xD
Kimura is the closest one with Goro. They hangout together so often. They message each other thru cellphone often. They went to cafe or shopping centre often. Also they went golf-ing often. Both thinks the other one is good listener, so most probably they had talked about everything to each other, work matters and love matters. The bond started out, during their early years...when SMAP still has to share their hotel room with another member, Kimura always got Goro as roommate. Kimura said, they talked about many things before they go to bed. Oh yes...Goro once told the story where he first "fell in love" with Kimura. It was during the junior times, when they were still backdancers, during a lunch break. Goro eats quite slow, and the other juniors had already finished their lunch and they all had returned to rehearsal. Goro tried to eat faster. All the while, he realized it's a little odd that there's a boy still sitting near him...Goro didn't know what he's doing. After he finished, that boy said to him in a cool manner, "You finished? Let's go, then. Everybody must be waiting...". Goro was stunned, "He was waiting for me???!". And yes, that boy is Kimura^^
Next to Goro, for Kimura, is Shingo. Many times I saw 'love and care' in Kimura's eyes everytime he sees Shingo. I actually think Kimura love and care about Shingo more, than his own brother, Shunsaku =P He also spoiled Shingo very much, got him expensive anime-related birthday presents. While, Shingo adore and idolize this "aniki"(older brother) alot, sometimes I saw "amazed and mesmerized" in his eyes when he sees Kimura. But actually, Kimura is also Shingo's fan. He is so proud of him, when its decided Shingo got a new solo variety, SmaSTATION. And he was also proud of him, when Shingo got the Kondo Isami role in Shinsengumi. He watch Shingo's shows every week.
Kimura might not hangout with Tsuyoshi that much, but he actually care about him alot. While Nakai often scold Goro, Kimura often scold Tsuyoshi when his drinking habit has gone over the top, esp. during concerts. As Tsuyoshi admire and respect Kimura...somehow he might feel uneasy to approach him... While actually Kimura wants to know more about Tsuyoshi, but Tsuyoshi tend to avoid him. However, actually in a situation where they have to be together, like when they both had to do the game's penalty(batsu) together, they get along very well. Kimura spoiled Tsuyoshi and take care of him alot, and Tsuyoshi does not hesitate to act spoiled towards Kimura, like a younger brother would.
Goro and Tsuyoshi share the same changing room at TMC. They were also classmates during highschool. They used to go home together from school, and when Goro was bothered by some bad boys, Tsuyoshi protected him. Probably, the 2 members in SMAP who has the most peaceful relationship coz of both introvert traits. Both are quiets, and has patience. They don't really hangout with each other or talk much. But they get along very well and support each other. Tsuyoshi also think Goro is a good listener, so he might have talked some matters with Goro before...and I'm guessing it was in the changing room^^
Goro and Shingo might have the longest history, an on and off relationship? LOL! Goro thinks his relationship with Shingo is just fine, but Shingo thinks otherwise. It took them 12 years since their first met, until they manage to have a nice and calm conversation alone, just the two of them. It took Shingo 12 years to finally realized Goro's good sides and finally told him his phone number. But even after that, Shingo still says he cannot stand Goro from times to times. But again, on other times, Shingo feels very grateful to Goro for the big supports Goro gave him. And at another time, Shingo also realized how many bad things he has done to Goro. But later, he usually does not hesitate to repeat the same thing, when he feels upset to Goro^^ While Goro himself, had always been confused with Shingo's back and forth attitudes toward him. However, in the past two years...I think their relationship is getting more stable, as Shingo admitted cheerfully in Bistro that he went to a Fashion Select Shop together with Goro, just the two of them. (I can't even imagine that myself O_o ShinGoro going to a select shop together?! lol!)
ShinTsuyo are probably the only 2 members who can admit they are BESTFRIENDS verbally and openly. The other guys seem have troubles with their pride or something, in saying they are friends =P I think every Smappy can see clearly just how much Shingo likes Tsuyoshi. He likes him alot, alot. Tsuyoshi said, that there's nothing he cannot say to Shingo...things he might can't say to the other members, he can say it easily to Shingo. Despite that....Shingo being Shingo, he also likes to bully Tsuyoshi. But that just shows how much he loves him. I once saw in Bistro where Shingo smack Tsuyoshi hard on the face, but then Shingo kiss him on the cheek, right after O_o However, Tsuyoshi himself said, he likes being bullied, he feels happy when he is bullied, coz he feels the members' care and attention to him when he's bullied^^
So, to sum it up, this is the relationship chart:
Nakai <---> Tsuyoshi <---> Shingo <---> Kimura <---> Goro
Nakai is only close with Tsuyoshi. Goro is only close with Kimura.
Isn't it interesting that Nakai often scolds Goro and Kimura often scolds Tsuyoshi? Haha...I wonder, has Kimura ever protected Goro when Nakai scold him? "What are you doing to MY Goro?". Then maybe Nakai would say back, "Then, stay away from MY Tsuyoshi!". ^0^
Tsuyoshi is close with Nakai & Shingo. Shingo is close with Tsuyoshi & Kimura. Kimura is close with Shingo & Goro.
