Looks easy to prepare but for me, I think the hardest part will be how am I going to fold the omelet up after placing the rice on top of the omelet...and the sauce part...

That looks good :hehe: The good thing about omurice is you can take ingredients in and out according to your own tastes. I've only had omurice with minced beef but I heard chicken is more popular now. Don't worry about the egg...you might end up with rice and scrambled egg but it'll still taste yummy

Lets see about the cafe : i have 1 chef, 1 promoter...well i need bartender, waitress too....

Making money out of smappies? Well i surely believe that all money made will be spent wisely on purchasing more smap goods to share with all fans! Who knows, if the cafe make enough of money, everyone can go to smap's concert for free, obviously limited to special fans like jdorama smappies...hehehe...

Well i seriously do hope one day i can open up that cafe!!! then i will invite everyone here for the grand opening....hehehe.....its like my dream now to do so....

Sounds great!! Me as chef...hahaha...then we can add a big television inside the cafe playing SXS...heehee...

Ahhhhh!!!!! I love takoyaki. Whenever I go to Japan I usually eat takoyaki once a day, haha. My step-mom used to make it for me in the US but it just didn't taste the same. I've only been able to find takoyaki in Los Angeles and San Jose but it doesn't compare to fresh takoyaki from takoyaki stand in Japan  Have you ever had okonomiyaki? It's so good. I think it's the same batter as takoyaki so you would have no problems making it. There's no such thing as too much when it comes to Japanese food, haha.
