More PC geekstuff:

In April 2006, Seagate announced the availability of Barracuda 7200.10, a series of 3.5 inch HDDs utilizing perpendicular recording with a maximum capacity of 750 GB. Drives began shipping in late April 2006, and are now available for purchase.

Perpendicular recording is a recently implemented technology for data recording on hard disk. It was first proven advantageous by Professor Shun-ichi Iwasaki of the Tohoku Institute of Technology in Japan in 1976.

It looked like Toshiba tried last year, but their drives were not reliable.

Trust me, this is the Campbell one off of Hamilton and 17. The pyramid one off of Brokaw and 880 really looks like a pyramid....straight out of Indiana Jones.

BTW this Fry's is the only one I'm aware of that has a moving sidewalk to the entrance above. And it's across the street from a Home Depot and a Shell gas station. Yup I visit Fry's that many times to notice.

Hey! YEah.. it was off 17 :) then it is Campbell...

I drove by the San Jose one this morning and if I consider the rest of the building to be part of the theme, then it looks more like a temple....so I guess the Campbell one is the pyramid.
