:hehe:
Yeah... In the end, every movie will have so much tags, it'll take longer to sort them out than to view all the movies.
There was something similar I've heard, might have been 2 years ago. They were working on a software to analyze the voice of each characters in a movie and tag them.

if they could perfect such technology, as you alluded, it would be a great search tool.
Indeed. The thought it would be useful for finding uncredited work in movies or tv shows. Also, when someone famous dies, for a montage or biography, instead of making death clips in advance.
In the near future, you'll be able to watch SOS, but only the shots with Rina in it. :P

haha....well put. i guess it would be most helpful in trying to find that footage or audio when you have little or no information....except for a random memory of a line, thought, or character.
A new thingy made by TurboLinux FUJI. An mp3/movie player with 4GB of flash memory, preloaded with Linux. (Firefox, thunderbird, skype... ) Don't know if it's going to be good or not seems 4GB is small, but the girl is kind of cute... :nut:
my mom's office PC (XP Pro (ch), Office 2k4 (ch)) is freaking out.
In excel, when she types an "A" into a cell, it automatically becomes a "1" that's been going on for a few months. She barely told me last night.. and she's already had a few people check.. no idea why.
i rarely use Excel, so i dont even have clue.
Today, it's doing that in Word too... i guessing it's a virus, but the PC is offline (no email, IM, web, adware, etc) , and she's the only user. She does use a USB key and floppy discs w/ her home PC, to exchange files. Her home PC is fine, i just ran a manual check and it's clean according to Avast.
If it's doing it in every programs (notepad, editboxes...) there's always the advance settings in the Regional and languages settings.
Check in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout\
if you have a binary string called Scancode Map, you can delete it. What it does is remap keys. It changes the key scan code to another one. With that you can change the WinKey into mute button or the letter W into capslock. You need to reboot for the changes to take effect.
Could also be that Office is Unicode and the other programs are not.

Yeah, this thing is awesome if only for the fact that you can install your own flavor of Linux and use it as a standalone on another person's computer. Probably this device's killer-app, I'd say.
As for Yukorin, she kinda freaks me out with the doll-ish look. :beaten:
