The program used looks like Animation Shop (I could be wrong) and I think you can download a trial version of it to use for 30 days.

My culture is kinda like that toh.. if yeu were born before Khmer new year then yeu add a whole year onto yeur age..since I was born after the new yr ims till the age whatever I am now.. :hehe: I think it's cool ahaha ;D
