Japanese artists usually release an album per year, and Arashi has been doing the same ^^ So I believe (there's no confirmation yet) that they will release another album at the end of the summer or fall, like One ^^
I dunno about the concert, I think they will have their usual tour with the 5 of them when the album is released and Nino, Aiba and Jun will have their SoloCon in winter, like Sho and Ohno did >O< Does it make sense? XDDDD

I wasn't there and my infos are limited but...
Yes.. All the other will have a winter tour this year ^^
They had a HUGE success..!! Even themselves considered it as a great step forward ^^ (although sho had to cancel his last con)
Yes it was not a single con but a tour ^^
They sang different Arashi songs... and they composed a song together wich was a huge humour source of their cons called "Our song"

err.. sorry to be this short but the whole story would take really long to tell >_<"
