But Canada had their Thanksgiving a month ago... :beaten:
Did a major food shop for a weekend of gourmet feasting. :victory:
Already hit some early Black Friday sales before the crowds hit.
THere is no way I'd go shopping on the real Black Friday.

Sounds delicious! Sure, if it's not too much trouble. Do you stuff the turkey or cook it separately?
I do both. I usually make a big batch, and stuff half into the Turkey before the roasting process and leave the other half as it is.

And it was a lonely one here. I think I was the only Canadian who posted in this thread. :beaten: :puppydog:
Happy Thanksgiving to all you Americans!

HAppy Thanksgiving, Everyone!!!
Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
And Wynter... should you find yourself alone on the board next thanksgiving, you're always welcome at the late November celebration.
The same thing always happens with a Canadian buddy of mine over on our San Francisco 49er site. Most of the fans there are from the U.S. (and Germany and Japan) and we're forever forgetting to wish him a Happy Canadian Thanksgiving... and there just aren't enough Canadians on that site for him to bring it up. So most of the time he just sort of puts up with us getting the date wrong.
I will send you his thanks, though. Because you mentioned it here, last year, I went directly from here to the football site, and wished him well. (You would have thought I'd washed and waxed his car and filled it with gas.) You made me look good.
Anyway... nap time.

Hope that everyone has that over-stuffed, slightly sick feeling I do right now.

The drive home from my brother's house helped immensely. :victory:
No Black Friday shopping for me: just sleeping in and enjoying the long weekend. :victory:
