how do you define visual kei music? i only learned that from wiki. androgynous look, male wearing make-up, outrageous hairstyle.

well Hairstyle,Make-up,Flashy outfits,Voice and the type of PVs and more stuff

which L'Arc~en~Ciel is all of those but not as Flashy outfits
