I've heard that line so many times. Is it wrong for me to reply, "I'm not so sure you can."???

I got a less-than-desirable annual performance review by my supervisor. One particular part I feel was inaccurate but I don't know if I can prove it or if I should bother to try. My supervisor himself is new and incompetent in his position. The person who promoted him has even been disappointed in *his* performance and knowledge. I know I'm not the best @ my job, but I feel his review of my performance was inconsistent and at some parts, contradictory. Some of the weaker points I have, I admit to. In other parts I feel I did what I was taught to do by my former supervisor then negatively rated on it by this new supervisor.
