One of our technicians is leaving, so our BOSS told this other engineer that he was responsible for testing and troubleshooting HIS OWN circuit boards... For some bizzare reason, this guy got all pissed off and stomped out of the meeting, got in his car and went home...!

Anywhere else on the planet, this moron would've been fired, but THE BOSS just sat there and accepted it like the idiot that she is.

UN-FREAKING-BELIEVABLE.

After getting dragged into the meeting and finding this out, I got pissed off because THE BOSS always gives us these bullshit speeches about teamwork and this moron refuses to be part of it.

Looks like we have two sets of rules around this stinking place: one for the real employees and the other for assholes.

The camel's back is ready to break. :grumble:

Amazing: that knucklehead didn't come in to work today as well.

I'll bet that they don't even dock his pay. :grumble:

But isn't that close to favourtism???? I mean, that's illegal, especially if someone did the exact same thing and got booked for it. Why does dude still have a job there? :grumble:

I think it's an issue of "you need me more than I need you."

And the fact that my boss is an idiot.

I think poo's going to hit the fan when my boss finds out I didn't secure a signed contract for a project that we are working on, when I assumed that she was taking care of it because it was with a friend of hers.

What are they going to do to me anyway? Fire me?

:naughty:

The only way I can get fired at my job is if I have sex with a student on the Principal's desk.

More insanity: this idiot isn't here at work, but they're giving him a new 19" widescreen LCD monitor... I see it sitting on his chair.

This has got to be a dream.... Someone wake me up. :banghead: :banghead:

It's a present for storming out from work....amazing. And here I am with a machine that has nearly all of its components replaced at one point.

Nah, he's still on his usual diet of cookies, donuts, and chocolate (dark).
