back to the idiots at work..

the dumb ass tech/admin found out that one of our Poweredge 2900 servers only has an average load of 4% (dual 3.0ghz dual core Xeon, 16gb ram) and wants to have it removed from the rack and put under his desk so he can use it as his desktop.

I thought he was kidding, but i just saw the work order request.

:beatyou: f'n moron, it's the backup/overflow server!@@#!@#!@#!@

Tell the idiot that if he really wants it, he has to stomp out of the building and go home a couple of days....

Heck, they might promote him.

Than you'll lose a toe or two as well.

LATE NEWS:

One of the software engineers just told me that they're giving this dickhead that LCD monitor as a peace offering... Let's see: he throws the tantrum and the management has to make peace with him.

This is the Bizzaro world.

I give up. :shakehead: :shakehead:

What school district is this, and where do i sign up...

lol! Peel District School Board. There wouldn't be any witnesses on one's own desk.

I still can't understand how teachers can find their students attractive. They're so icky and smelly and underdeveloped. It's a crazy world but lets not give up. It's too amusing.

So, I call up this customer, ask about his DSL and the first thing he says is, "Wait a second, let me get a screwdriver" wtf???
11 Aug 2006, 07:47 #2733

heh, never thought i'd say something like this but,

i'd rather stay and put up with the bullshit at work, than come back to "home sweet home" when i have a guest making as if it's her "home sweet home" rather than myself.

i'm going to go postal VERY SOON! good thing i go to the gun range often with my friend.................

if i suddenly stop posting on jdorama for a long time, then you know where i went to................
11 Aug 2006, 23:22 #2737
:patpat: @ aho.. ahhh don't you just looooooove those kinds of guests? Number one of rule between me and the hubby.. overnights/weekends only. if you go beyond overnight, I'm sorry, but we're kicking you out.

Jeez, that knucklehead that walked out of the building still hasn't returned.

It's wishful thinking, but I hope they fired him.

Twerp.
12 Aug 2006, 02:53 #2740
::chanting:: fire him!

And why do customers, who are so neurotic about having their carts, try to run me over when I'm collecting them? Don't they realize that someone has to collect them and that they don't magically appear in the store?

God, I can't wait until I give my two weeks and end up being a slave to a pharmacist.
