I think you should do it... but is there any risk involved? Other than her mentally bashing your head in, I mean.

No risk, really. They know how opinionated and vocal I am.

I don't put up with crap.

Though, ironically, I'm still working here. :banghead:

If it makes you feel better, you'll get this type of crap where ever you work. Where ever there's a pyramid of power, people are being shitted on.

If there's no risk, then I'm totally cheering for you to face your boss and tell her whats what. She needs to be reminded what a dumbass she is.

>>puts on a 70's cheerleading outfit<< "B, B, you're our man, if you can't do it, no one can!"

She's management.

And everyone knows that management is oblivious to their own incompetence.

I'd pay a dollar to see that...! :naughty:

Okay, I got to unload my frustrations and whatnot on my boss.

Supposedly they convinced that dumbass primadonna engineer to help and share his knowledge with the technicians... Unfortunately, they didn't have to flog him to get him to do it.

Gomen, not my intent.

Just sharing the insanity that leads employees to go postal.

No worries, I'll get you back when I start a new year in September. :dancing:

I'm just really outspoken too when it comes to unfair treatment, especially in the workplace. Stupid shit really gets on my nerves. Your boss sounds like my manager at my old part-time job. I have her an earfull when I was finally allowed to quit.

Shall we reserve you several pages on this thread for extended rants? ;)

I wasn't that way with my first job, but after getting laid off, my cynicism level went through the roof. So now if they try to dick me over, they can expect a full retaliatory strike. And maybe more for good measure.

How retarded is this...

For some STUPID ASS reason our office phone system gets reset every night, so every morning, by default, they're on at the highest possible ring volume.

Very retarded. Doesn't the system save itself?

It was cool at work today. There was a massive electrical surge through the store with sounded like a bomb going off and then sudden pitch black darkness, since I was in the back room.

That and there was a really pretty new girl at work...from Nepal I think.

Hmmm...I guess that's not really a "crap" day.

Yeah, after I got laid off the first time, I got the attitude of "Well, the worst thing they can do is fire me, so WTF, let 'em know what I think, and if they don't like it, that's not my problem" :victory: [/list:u]

I haven't been laid off.. but based on your experiences.. it's enough for a person to wield a shotgun to work... just in case.. :hehe:

i hear you on that, cynicism.....being fired/layed off, creates those feelings, there is no justice in the workplace, it is all or nothing, sometimes people are just a number, and treated that way. :shakehead:
