Today's Dumass Tech update:

The shopping-all-day-manager-whale goes to the techie and tells him that she can't delete print jobs. Techie, stops telling coworker how he hates doing exceptions and debugging in his programming class, tells her that he'll give her permissions. He does his thing, tells her to log off andback on.

Now she's locked out of her account, and he can't figure out why.
