I can't right now. I've already had offers. Better pay, better benefits, I just can't leave that easy. I'm giving my notice though. I'm hoping not to be here next year.
So, im going back to my old company for a tour of the department I used to work at 7 years ago. The intinerary they sent is almost the same as the tours that I participated in when I was working there.
i hope i dont laugh too much when i hear parts of what we did back in the day. :hehe:
The butt-kisser that's losing her boss next week messaged me wanting to know if I wanted to contribute to goingaway card/present. I messaged her back "He's your boyfriend not mine" - I don't think she likes me
will be making 50% more than what I'm making now with a ton more benefits!!!.
Omedeto Buru-san, :applaud: don't forget to bring along an industrial strength air-conditioner, I been to Houston, one thing they have in abundance is humidity.[/list:u]
Grand! I think having really good benefits is better than the pay, to be honest. Good move!
Most definitely. Tons of mentorship programs, dollar for dollar 401k matching for 5%, $7500 for grad school, and $5000 for under grad, ~35 days of paid days off, and 10-30% bonus based on performance. Best off all, it's at a major company.

WOW!
Do you get to bank your days off if you don't use them all in one year?
