Doc was closest. I only got 2. Actually, one of them gave me his email address... so does that count? If not, than only 1.

A word of advice:
Always carry a spare set of batteries.

So, , , I just got done talking to this customer who calls in and says, "I just installed a Radio Shack wireless adapter and now my dsl doesn't work" I told him he should call Radio Shack tech support , and he says, "You just lost a customer, F**k you!" and hung up. Anybody got a ball point pen I can send that guy?

Jeez. You must get jerks like that all the time. I'm surprised yer so silly and happy-go-lucky when you have to deal with such people.

lol. I was a manager of a super market for nearly nine years. I was also in charge of customer service. The worst was when a customer brought in a counterfiet bill and you had to tell them that you couldn't accept their 50$.

Nine years?? How can that be? :headscratch:

Nearly. I started when I was 15 and worked until the last year of University. I quit when I was 23, in April, and that September I started teaching.

Wow, a 15-year old manager... Impressive. :victory:
I think I was still playing with Lego at 15... :beaten:
I swear, I don't get paid enough for what I do. Especially having to deal with awful customers day in and day out. There was this one guy who came up to my register, talking on his cellphone. Usually I don't mind, even though it's rude as heck to talk on your phone when you're trying to pay. What pissed me off though was when I told him his total, he shushed me. I couldn't believe it. He actually shushed me! I wanted to take his cellphone and shove it up in places where he can never find it again.

rude customers don't give a crap about anything and have no respect for others...except their over inflated egos....which is wrong.. :shakehead:

What an a-hole... I've seen that in checkout lines at the supermarket a number of times and it pisses me off... :grumble:
One time, this guy dropped and broke his phone... A bunch of us including the checker, laughed after he walked out... Serves him right. :hehe:
