What an a-hole... I've seen that in checkout lines at the supermarket a number of times and it pisses me off... :grumble:
One time, this guy dropped and broke his phone... A bunch of us including the checker, laughed after he walked out... Serves him right. :hehe:
dealing with the public can be a pain in the arse....no respect some of these customers, and from the (customer point of view), lack of respect for customers...with lousy service. :beaten:

Wow, a 15-year old manager... Impressive. :victory:
I think I was still playing with Lego at 15... :beaten:
I got promoted to manager 8 months after I started. I was 16 then.
I swear, I don't get paid enough for what I do. Especially having to deal with awful customers day in and day out. There was this one guy who came up to my register, talking on his cellphone. Usually I don't mind, even though it's rude as heck to talk on your phone when you're trying to pay. What pissed me off though was when I told him his total, he shushed me. I couldn't believe it. He actually shushed me! I wanted to take his cellphone and shove it up in places where he can never find it again
You shoulda double-scanned a few items. If he was on his cell, he wouldn't have noticed the 20$ increase in what he owed you. :beaten: I did that a few times. So satisfying when you realize what a dumbass the customer is.

Our curmudgeonly engineering manager retired last Friday and his replacement started today... We're all wondering if he's going to be an asshole manager or not.

There's a new T-Shirt out that says "Snitches get Stitches", and if a student is wearing this shirt he/she must be sent down to the office, and eventually sent home, since that's inappropriate wear.
So one of my grade 9 boys shows up this morning with that shirt. I told him he couldn't enter my classroom with that shirt on, so he took if off and walked in naked from waist up. I made him go out and wear his gym shirt.
Later a VP approached me and reemed me out of allowing the boy to behave in such a way. I told her plainly that by taking off the shirt and changing into another shirt, he was complying with the rules and did exactly what was needed. She disagreed and I got slapped on the wrist... :headscratch:
