a bonus to us...is our annual review, and the salary increase...isn't much... :shakehead: assuming you have a good to decent review at the end of the year. :doh: in most case, hopefully that is the case.

for the amount of trivial reports, daily meeting, motivational book announced surprise inspection, BS goals we have no control over and other assorted crap I have to deal with.. it's not worth the extra 2%.
