I don't have a job anymore!!!! *panics*
I was made redundant at the end of the year, at the moment I am kicking back as I am going on holiday at the start of Feb and figured no one would really want someone who is going to start a new job then fly away for 2 weeks.
Besides I only wanna temp as I have applied for Uni recently... fingers crossed I get in to do my Japanese course *crosses fingers and toes*

Yah...that might be the only thing that would be bad about being a teacher is the break.... At my job you get a week tops, maybe two...vacations have to be broken up so there's enough coverage.

From Yahoo! Jobs:

Wanted: A new boss
Nearly half of workers blame bad bosses for driving them away.

Surprise, surprise. ;)

Are you being sarcastic? :beaten:

On Topic: Two of my three classes are doing In Class Practical Exams which will take a week and a half. I made the exams from scratch, so I'm excited to see what they'll do with it, but at the same time I HATE this time of year. It's so boring being in a classroom where no one speaks.

LOL!

Most hands-on classes (the arts, tech, family studies, etc.) have practical exams. The exam is based around the creation of an object through a specific concept, using knowledge and technique acquired throughout the course. These exams are usually 2-4 weeks long, and therefore are in class (not during the exam period). Although they're hands-on, they really are grueling. Before, or after the practical exam, students then sit and write the written exam, which usually just takes one period. Also in class.

Dude, I totally sympathize with you on this. I'm living on a construction site and the mud is just crazy. There's no point washing the car because it'll just get dirty again. My black car has been a solid brown for days now. :bleh:
