At work today :(

They were very nice to me now, as they need me because they can't realy do much without me as far as sending tapes out.

I got bored so I shot some pictures of the room, most of the time I have another person in the room but to make me feel "welcomed" back they let me have the room to myself.

Absolutely. It's a fantasy scenario.

Oh yes. I don't know what they're thinking or what world they live in.

On the other hand, they're managers so they aren't exposed to the "real world" of the business anymore. All they care about now is dictating and micromanaging. They forgot how it it to be in the real time working field. So it's so easy for them to say such.

Work is living hell, a place where I'm put into the fire daily. It's the main reason I've been gone for JDorama for so long too...well, that and school.

I work from about 7am to 1pm...come home for about two hours then leave for the community college from 3pm to 8 or 9pm, Monday through Thursday. Then I go to be and start it all over again. And the weekend is for happy homework. I feel like I'm going to die of exhaustion sometimes. Although I supposed it'll be worth it once I get my pharmacy tech certificate. No more working in that craphole.

At the place I work at, I'm supposed to be reciever, janitor, stocker, and customer service rep...all for the measly wage of $8.50 an hour. And I was supposed to be just a stocker. Stupid asses in management....

Glad to encourage anyone who's trying to get out from under the thumb of "The Man"....

Or in my case, "The Queen"...

Welcome back, kitakaze.
Hang in there. You'll see the end of those long and exhausting days.

That's what I tell myself. And it works.

but still, not my field of interest, accounting/office type work is ok for the short-term, very short-term, but longterm, not sure yet.

Is there room for my boss and her son?
5 Oct 2005, 14:13 #1457
Probably...if you don't mind breaking a few bones.
6 Oct 2005, 02:58 #1458
Ouch. The "bailer method". You two must really hate your bosses if you want to stuff them in a bailer.

I was looking at a poll on Yahoo! and about 46% of the respondents think their bosses have a Poor management style:

Wow. 46%.
That is a lot, however I would've expected a higher percentage. :beaten:
