I made that one quick..

I'm trying to keep it under 1MB.. that one is someplace around 798kb I think..

I will make some more later tonight from other parts of the clip.

Like your gif work. They are kinda big though....almost as big as mine..

I think all your gifs combined would be close to equalling my Aya hello Gif + the Azumi Gif I had up a while back :nut:

If someone already mentioned that you can also use Macromedia Flash (4) to make Animated Gifs, please forget this post...

I always use flash, it is very easy to use. It cannot import avi's (as most programs cannot do that).. you need Virtual Dub to create an BMP sequence of the frames you want, then import them in flash. You can easily resize the frames and export it *if you know where to find the buttons*.

I don't know about the price, but i'm sure you can find some way to get it for free... ;)
