Yeah, I use to get that, worked out if you crank up the resolution real big and then resample down using Irfanview, it fixes it :hehe:

I need to tackle my Aya cuttings collection I got off eBay, just no scanner at uni where it is though :rolleyes:

Did anyone post scans from Aya's other cd's? I have scans from all of the imcluding the Azumi movie book and the koukou kyoushi dvd covers if people are interested. I'd just need to turn them to jpg's from bmp files. I skimmed through this whole thread once but i dont remember what was posted anymore. THe scans arent percect because i was rushed to do them but they are better than nothing.

What scanner do you have, Elt? Doesn't the software interface allow you to reduce moire patterns? Or maybe you have a source selection called "magazine" or similar... Try that.

Yup, using their software to scan. They scan black and white documents good though but it actually might be that thing with the scanning a magazine or whatever.

Yup, I got it. Currently I haven't had a chance to convert over to mpg but I will put it up on d-addicts when it's ready. Probably tomorrow or later tonight
