they are selling them, but most of them are not selling to pple overseas, so...

They have quite a bit of Joe stuff for sale, but like wai said, a lot of them don't sell to people overseas so you might have to use a proxy. I use the one wai recommended called Rinkya. The only problem is that the fees are really high so I've only bought a few things that I really, really wanted like my Hero Vision Vol. 1 magazine, and I happened to find a "Slapsticks" DVD.

did you?! are there any subs? tried watching mine and the recording was quite bad...
