downloaded part of it and the dl rate fell to 0%...does that mean no one is there to upload the file?

I bought some stuff from Yahoo! Japan auctions through the proxy service that wai hooked me up with. The fees are kind of expensive though, so I've only bought some hard to get magazines that I really wanted like my Hero Vision Vol. 1 mag. :sweat:

I can't tell what he signed on, but it has something to do with his CD.
