by the way, has anyone here watched bokurawa minna ikiteiru? have been trying to look for the show from auctions, but can't find it. not available in cdjapan, yesasia and whatever sites there are. any way i can find it?

I watched it a while ago. I don't think they have it for sale anywhere since it was a one-shot special drama. You might have to hope that someone puts it up on BT or something. :(

where did you see it? if you compare that with song of the canefields, which is better? have only read a short synopsis of it in one of the tv guides...it looks really interesting. :)

bought the cd-r online... :) i'm sure you are one of the persons i owe slapsticks to... burn it for you with song? :say_sorry: can't find the software which burns vcds in my comp though i got it for almost a year... :doh: does anyone have any suggestions which software i can use? preferably something i can dl off the net...dun mind paying for it on a yearly basis. :) but i have a very strong feeling that i should have the software. as long as i can find the manual!

nero is the best way, there is a download trial for that but i think u need a serial # before u use the trial.. :usuck: hey if i hook u up with the software and cracked would u hook me up with that? :rolleyes: then i can replace u some blank cds in return (if necessary) :mrgreen:

sorry eh..but what do you mean by 'cracked'? the problem i face with nero is that i dun have the serial no... :sweat:

cracked means i have the registered and serial # and i didnt have to pay for it.. and i can hook u up with that :)

I rented a tape of it from a nearby Japanese rental store here. As far as which is better, it's a little hard to decide. I thought both of them were really good. I think I cried more in Song of the Canefields, but both stories were very touching.

Yeah..I didn't realize it until she told in this board that she's going to teach. I perfectly remember that Shuk Wai is a math teacher :) We hardly chat around now..good thing we meet again in this thread.
