Yeah, the writers took a lot of artistic license in this series, just like Musashi meeting Yagyu Munenori... :)

Yeah, it's true. Well, Yoshikawa Eiji himself took lots of artistic license in his book (Musashi meetin' Takuan, Koetsu ...)
