Abe Hiroshi is another personal fav, but think he's nowhere near Shin chan :bonk: in terms of popularity & respect won among peers in the industry.

So far, Shin chan has always been the leading otona favourite actor, his versatility seems to have won him a lot of votes.

For Abe, tho he's good in Tricks, he kinda always play comedy?!

rem the last scene in ep4, where he's boiling after he put down the phone, then he heard someone knock on the door & he looked back, his expression doesnt really show tat he's angry... only until he saw tat its Nanami, then only he let go of his frustration... :mrgreen:

i can understand why he's frustrated in ep4
but ep3 & 5 :confused:
i think in ep5, they r trying to hint tat the main reason is Kaori...
coz at the last scene... when Nanami told Takayanagi tat Miyazawa has become Shimao's supporter, & there's now 3 of them, including her
& Takayanagi is still smiling away... then b4 she left the room... she said there's one more supporter, Shirakawa Kaori... then few sec later, he shoved his things off his desk :mrgreen:

hehe.. dun think we shd attempt to read too much in the characters lah...
Takayanagi is plain bad -> money craze, vicious, easily jeolous
Shimao is plain good -> considerate, kind hearted, sincere, honest, filial..

rem the part when he asked Kaori for dinner & the part when they r having dinner together... the way he looked at her... r they trying to hint tat he starts to hve feelings for her?

i'd still wan Kaori to be his sis & not someone whom he'll fall for leh...

for me.. think i can accept it if the story says coz someone has a heart, therefore he's succesful in winning a girl's heart :bonk:
but to say tat one can be successful in the biz world merely coz someone has a heart is too far fetched liao... just as Takayanagi's character has its own flaws, Shimao's character has its shortcomings.. eg an extreme situation where a customer has not been able to pay up & Shimao's co need this fund to keep his own co alive, but the customer come plead to Shimao & told him tat he need this money to feed his family, otherwise, his family will die of hunger.. wat is Shimao going to do? be kind hearted & say to the customer, ok u dun hve to pay up? not only tat his co will go bankrupt, he has also forgotten tat on the other hand, being the boss, he's also responsible for the livelihood of his employees...

yup, that's when the jealousy comes in. Kaori is the main reason, not the success Shimao gains from his shigoto... personally I think Takayanagi shd feel pleased when Shimao succeeds in his work :bonk: he's gained profits for Takayanagi's co. after all :hehe: , if Takayanagi believes in *money rules all*, he shd be happy. But no! He's jealous coz Kaori has feelings for Shimao!

Been watching the KoiOchi epi 6 trailer: Shimao is funny when he imitates Takayanagi when saying *Suzuki Shimao* & the contest between Shimao & Takayanagi seems escalating...just look at the clip in which Shimao shouts at Takayanagi & says, *U R not human*(?) :rofl:

erm....i believe that i post here before on the buying of DVD from amazon japan....they used DHL and DHL will actually send the DVD to MDA for approval.....my Dangan Runner was being rejected by MDA so i got a refund by amazon instead...you can give it a try but no guarantee that u can get it.

Think in Tanihara's interview, he also mentions the rivalry between Takanayagi & Shimao is out of jealousy. Woah minna! Finally got the time to finish watching Ep5. I'm glad it improved... (as to ep4) but fuming :angry: cos shin chan's part in this ep is like a "can-have-can-dun-have" thingy... u just cut out Takayanagi's part and i dun think it'll make any diff to the whole story line :banghead:

I think i dun have too much to say for this ep except that i think Ryuta looks very cute and the sashimi looks simply delicious!! I agree that there is no memorable scene at all in this ep! Thou it seems slightly better then ep4, well, at least ep 4 have the "cinderella n prince" run in the hotel" :hehe: )

Overall, i think the story is once again not deep enuff, alot of points are simply inconvincing. Just the "shimao saves the day" thing is super unconvincing... simply LMAO~ :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

But regarding why Takayanagi didn't fire Shimao, i think if he fired shimao, he would have considered himself to have lost. Just my 0.02~ :sweat:

Thou not really memorable, i agree with dorama that the interaction scene btw Kamiya and Shimao are pretty interesting... esp the part wer the "shachou" gave him food~ :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: I dunno why, it was quite funny :P

remember that Tsutsumi San took 4 days to complete his part in "lorelei",think that he appeared in the film no more than 10-15 min, but he is still rated no.7 in the vote of Tsutaya's‰fá`’ʐM for his performance in this film :applaud: , so I feel confident of him that he can protray the character of Kyogokudo well in Ubume no natsu although someone think that he may not fit the role due to his appearance or sth else.
