Was this a repeat? XŒö”üŽq (Mori, Kumiko) was also on the show that aired December 25th, 2004 in Southern California. She played ¼–{‚È‚æŽq (Nayoko), the ex of ‘ò“cƒˆê˜Y (Mr. Sawada), on ‚³‚‚ç (Sakura) and also sang some of the show's songs.
Of course, she might have simply been invited to guest again. I didn't note what dishes were featured in the show from last year.

Not sure about that.
There have been a number of repeat guests, none more than SMAP guy. :hehe:
Though I'm a longtime viewer of the TV program, I just discovered this forum. I'm wondering if anybody archives/downloads the YTV's Dotch website with the recipes, restaurant locations, etc?

I've only visited the site once and everything's in Japanese and in Japan, so there's not much I can do...
I noticed that the show evolved into the New Dotch Cooking Show. I peeked at an episode and the set has changed, and there are more panelists (seems like the public).

Panelists from the audience? That should be interesting...
