It would have been a close call, but I would have gone with the shrimp :woot: I just wish when they do the subs, they would come with a different word than "guts." Kind of kills the appetite. :shakehead:

  It was a poor choice of words from the translator, but I couldn't help but laugh everytime I saw the word "guts." :hehe:

BTW, to those who didn't see the show, it was a battle of Chinese dishes: crab omelet vs, mayonnaise shrimp.

Mayonnaise shrimp won, 4-3.

They have those again? Not up here in NorCal. Not that I'm overly sad.

Didn't catch the opening of the show, but it appears to be okonomiyaki (sp?) vs. some kinda teppan-style curry dish... ;)
11 Dec 2005, 12:59 #1019
The detailed description is Butatama Deluxe Okonomiyaki vs. Curry Monja.

Close battle: the okonomiyaki wins, 4-3.

I wasn't too impressed with either one, but it was worth it to see SMAPPY lose! :dancing:
