I Googled the Japanese names and found that sawara is a mackerel, and that kinme is a sea bream.

Hmmm, this could be tough. I'll probably go with whichever one doesn't have "guts" as the main ingredient. :hehe:

No sign of guts so far, but the broiled fish (whichever that one is) looks the best. :D

Sawara wins!! :victory: Every time they showed the kinme I was reminded of the old song "Fish head" by Barnes and Barnes (I hated that song!)

The sawara looked sooo good...but the red fish with the HUGE eye was just creepy!
