It takes more than one lesson and more than one day.
Really, the best way to learn is to spend sets of two days in a row, and also invest in a pair of good kneepads and hip pads and wrist guards, because you'll be falling so much.
Most folks can't handle more than 2 days in a row before being exhausted and beat. :beaten: But you learn a lot faster by doing two consecutive days.
Do like 2 days on... the 2-3 weeks off... then 2 days on... then 2-3 weeks off... and 2 days on. By the end of the 6th day, you'll be cruising. :woot:

That's quite true... Although i learned snowboarding in three days. And the other of my friends learned it in one and half. I can't understand it... the first time she got to a elevator she went straight to top... it took me five times to get there with lots of luck and i was said i learned quickly
I've also noticed that snowboarding skills don't fade away... there was a two year break between my first and second skiing trip and my skills had not gotten any worse... though i didn't know too much then :hehe:
