dude, it rained in Kyoto, while we were walking around checking out the temples...
it started pouring so we ran into a convenience store, Family Mart and had to buy cheap umbrellas for about 500 yen.....
it was cloudy, then cleared up some, and we were in Tokyo, it was partly cloudy....and not that humid. :bonk:

I think it would be interresting to take pictures in the rain in Japan.

You should go when a typhoon is approaching. I did. Lots of rain.

i think that would be too much, major downpours, not sure if those cheap umbrellas from the convenience stores would hold up... :hehe:

I didn't want to find out. Ended up staying at a KFC longer than I hoped. But it was in Shibuya, so it wasn't a total waste of time.

you were in Shibuya eh? great place..... :hehe:
i think i ate at a KFC in Shibuya during my first trip to Japan back in '03, had a kfc "twister" sandwich. not bad stuff.

I remember HMV, and seeing shibuya109, and the Hachiko statue. The whole place was packed with people everywhere! :bonk:
fortunately for me, it wasn't raining when i was in Shibuya a few months ago.
