the flights out of LAX were $800 something for JAL, back in late MAY, now it is peak season, up a few hundred more, not sure what the airfare is out of Paris...

have you been there before?

just checked the tickets from paris-tokyo, in the range of 800-900 for going next month! ... generally the prices have been this much. i wonder which route they fly ... over the US or across mideast-asia

that is a good question, anyone know?
my guess is that they fly east across mideast asia. The prices are not too bad for airfare, is that for JAL airlines? they are one of the best, along with Singapore Airlines, but not sure if Singapore A/L flies out of paris.
