oh, you mean the one of Rosa Kato. Yeah she is a cutie and she is mixed, half white and half Japanese. She is mixed like "Becky", another mixed japanese celebrity. I found that gif doing and extensive search online for Rosa Kato, and not easy to find.

You can get a pretty good Canon scanner for under $100 easily, probably around $60-$80.
