Eeee, trying to get stuff from an ex is usually messy, ne?

Scanner might be too old to be worth the awkwardness and baggage that may come along with it... :sweat:

well, to make a long story short, it was a mutual breakup, and we are on good terms now, but don't talk very much. I asked her for it, and she's going to look for the scanner...not sure if she can find it or the driver, cause without the driver, not sure how good the scanner will be.
so, i can probably think of getting a new one, and shelling out some $$$ for it.....i have been procrastating on it.

You should make a detour to Fry's en route to the Japanese stores. At least that's what I do.

believe me, i have done that once or twice...
i usually go to Marukai, Bookoff, Kinokuniya in a day sometimes and spend $$$, and i will go to Mitsuwa/Sanseido another day and spend more $$$
But i gotta love SoCal, and the great Japanese stores in the area, the only think that can beat it, is of course a visit to Japan, for my third time. I know what areas to go to. :hehe: :woot:

Came up with a big zilch at Asahiya... Did see a magazine called AR with Nana-chan on the cover... Thought you'd might like to know, if you don't have that issue already... :)

Well there were a couple of magazines with her on the cover: LEE, Saita, Style, but I didn't see any pics other than that within the magainze itself. :puppydog:
