Better things to do... He's popped by a couple of times, but then left...

In lurking mode, I guess.

Did you spend it all, yet? I'm thinking about doing just that. That doesn't make me happy, but the stuff I'll buy will.

Nope. I prefer the old fashion going to the bank. It fosters interaction with the species.

hehehehehe..

Yup, found out after I deposited a $2.00 rebate check and saw they charged me $2.00 for doing it with a teller. So for all my work making copies of the receipts, sending it and the UPC in an envelope with a stamp, I netted $0... minus the stamp. :shakehead:

^^^ dude.. that was so messed up.

I haven't been checking it.. but maybe they do charge..

What's your bank?

BofA. So I do all my transactions at the ATM. My only interaction is the words I read on the screen and the buttons I press.

It's probably my checking account type. It's the ATM-saver or whatever they call it. I could change it so that teller interactions are free, but .... I only use the ATM now. It's a Catch-22 for me. Because I was charged that time, I am instinctively heading for the ATM.

BoA blows, my friend sent in a $21.5k tuition check, and they rejected it because the signature wasn't exactly like the one used to open the account.

Yeah, they suck the big one at BofA: a ways back, they tried to screw me on some bad credit card charges (made by someone within BofA), so I promptly pulled all of my money out of that hell-hole.... And I told them to their faces why I was pulling out my money. :grumble:

I've been with Cal Fed/Citibank ever since.
