personally, i did think NwP was better in comparison to kurosagi tho. and i'd say both are far from being great doramas. what'd u find appealing about it?

Well I love stories with anti-heroes for one. Those characters are always most interesting to me. I really loved YamaPi's character in it.
It wasn't too deep it was enough to keep me entertained.
I liked the chemistry between YamaPi and Maki (it was cute and funny).
I really liked seeing YamaPi dressing up and getting one over on the other swindlers.
Apart from that I don't know, I just put on the first episode and something about it grabbed me, it had a good feel about it. Some times I'll get a show, I'll put on the first episode and then I can't be bothered, but this one carried me through to the end. I honestly enjoyed it. This show made me a YamaPi fan.
I'm hoping they'll do a special or something to finish it off! :bow:

i love kurosagi! im pi converted because of kurosagi! HEs GOT THE BANG THIS TIME! i used to hate yamapi before when i watched him in NwP ~~ but i guess he's simply irresistable in kuro!!

Ehhh... i thought it was Yamapi's best 'looks' but not his best acting...
His best acting would probably be in Nobuta wo Produce

I didn't realize there was so many people who didn't enjoy this drama... but I guess people's opinions differ with every drama it's only natural.

i think most of the jdorama members like Yamapi. some just dont like this drama..
i liked Kurosagi (Maki fan :D ) , but the catch phrase thing :bleh: (bang, WoW, Oh my god! etc..)

Not at all. I don't "flame" on people. I was just shocked. And if you've read the thread, you'd see that I enjoyed Kurosagi myself. Like Shindou, however, I thought Nobuta wo Produce was better. There was more depth. Still, Kurosagi had it's merits, but I've already posted all these. :)

Its a great dorama..I enjoyed it!!

:victory: Yup your allowed to prefer NwP most people do and it was a good dorama so it does deserve its popularity, I guess I just love my anti-heroes XDDD :bow:
