Actually that would have ruined the plot. According to the manga Nodame has big hands - how else can she play the Chopin Etude at the age of 5/6. In the manga and anime where Nodame bumped into Saiko in the toilet

However I don't think it's the complete drama, since there are only 2 discs totalling 215 minutes. Probably and edited collection of excerpts. Still better than nothing.
