Juri-chan is getting more popular in China.
she's in at least two magazines this month. also, TVB (a Hongkong television station) is going to be showing 'Nodame' in august.

LOL, looks like I can pass as a Japanese person: the cashier spoke to me in Japanese throughout the entire transaction... And I replied with an "arigato gozaimashita..." :hehe:

The one I bought today was 500yen (cover price), but you tack on the cost of bringing it here and sales tax and it's $8.25USD.
