Yeah, it's my favorite group of outtakes as well... :victory:

Uh, I always see "NG" associated with outtakes... NG?? :headscratch:

I always assumed it was for "No Good." Like "that take was no good."

Makes sense.

Seems a bit odd to me, but that's typical Japanese culture, I guess. :)

Ok, that was my 2 cents on that blog.

She's remarkably mature for her age... And incredibly talented.

Have you seen her Kagayaku Onna video? Great insight on what makes her tick. :victory:

NG does mean "No Good" and it is a Hollywood term.

I've never seen them use that term in reference to outtakes.

Ever.

Of course! Onna is one of the "films" I listed in my piece earlier.
I'm still pretty jealous about "the kiss".

Actually, it's not a Hollywood term, and isn't really used in the West to reference outtakes. "NG" actually originated from Korea, as I see it alot used for K-dramas and movies. Any further details about its origins, I dunno about. :nut:

J-Addicts??

Or do you mean D-Addicts?

Haven't you used softsubs before? The English.srt is the subtitle file for Kagayaku Onna... You need to install Direct VobSub ( http://www.videohelp.com/tools/VSFilter_DirectVobSub ) to use it... The program inserts the subtitles as you're watching your drama on the PC...

You can also hardsub the video using the soft subs, but that takes a lot more work...
