You guys got it all wrong: those actresses look like Juri-chan. :victory:  :beaten:
Hmm, I've seen those pics before...

Really? I've never thought that. If anything Juri-chan reminds me of Kim Ha Neul. Not that they look alike, but I think they have similar personalities.
If I think about it, yeah. They do have that same feel to it. But I think Kim Ha Neul is more of the serious type while Juri-san is bubbly, energetic type. And she's more interesting.

Haha! Agreed!

I just find it cute how they all look differently at Juri-san. I was curious at what they're thinking.

Oh.. it's good they get reposted (with discretion) - who wants to sift through 600 pages again to find the favorites - not all of us have encyclopaedic-style knowledge of the Juri thread :bonk:
And sometimes a unique combination can provide something new and insightful the original posts might not have captured (like a sequence of one event, rather than a collage of similar outfits or something)
Another thing I found out about Juri-san is that she talks so much whenever she had the chance. On interviews, mostly. And everyone seems to always laugh whenever she talks. Wish I could understand though. Almost all interviews don't have subs. :(

In spirit of reposting...

Mostly actresses, in my knowledge, are usually hated by fangirls. In Japan, do you think Juri-san is hated somehow? I don't think so though. She has this something that makes her hard to be hated. But still..

Any real fan wouldn't mind sifting through all those pics. :P

I have no idea, but I will guess that yes, there is possibly some hatred or dislike towards Juri-chan. Possibly for her success, her bubbly personality that some may think is fake. I'm sure it's like that for any celebrity, even for someone who seems as enjoyable to be around as Ueno Juri. Lastly, there could be things going on behind the scenes that could give people reason to dislike Juri-chan.

If you ever checked out the LF thread at D-Addicts, the fangirls love her... Particularly the gay ones.

Here's a curious tidbit from previous discussions at J-D: Wynter-chan thinks Juri-chan's fake (not in so many words), but adores Yonekura Ryoko... To the contrary, cori-chan doesn't think much of Ryoko-chan, but thinks highly of Juri-chan...
Wacky. :headscratch:

Hmm.. I wish that's not the case at all and those who hated her are just insecure people. That all that I've seen about this gal is just for show. I kind of consider her as a role model, you see. It's not a safe take though because everything may come crushing down anytime but I trust that this gal wouldn't disappointing this fan of her. This is so weird. Why am I taking this seriously anyway? :beaten:

That's understandable considering her role. :) And her look is really pretty and attitude, manly that woman really find her attractive. Just like me, so I know how they feel. And, she's the only gal I know that can look so good with a short cut and can look both feminine and masculine at the same time.

Ehh, why worry about it?
No one can liked by everyone... I don't think Juri-chan worries about, so you shouldn't either...
We like/adore/love her... For those who don't, it's their problem, not ours. :victory:

Not quite sure how to put it, but here goes...
If you consider her a role model then I could understand why you would take it seriously. Even if she isn't a role model, as a fan you have a vested interest, possibly on some emotional scale where Juri-chan provides you with a bit of happiness, joy, even sadness as you see her in the roles that she plays. Perhaps even just the joy of seeing her act, as you may find her acting to be great. Basically you like what you see, and you certainly hope that what you see is what you get, or else you would be disappointed. I guess it comes down to how much of an interest you put in. As a fanboy, I enjoy seeing her on screen or hearing her sing Onara Taisou (hey, hey, booooo!!), and I would be disappointed if what I've seen was merely a charade. I just have to understand that there is no personal connection and whatever faults that may arise really has no effect on my life.
A bunch of rambling to simply say, it's ok to take it serious, but not too serious. :victory:
