And her hair is too dark and long for it to be last year... I think they got the age wrong... This had to have happened before Nodame, if my logic is correct. :)

Yeah.. It seems that your logical conclusion might be true :)

Could it be related to Orange days? Her hair style looks similar to the one that she had in that drama.. But then the age mentioned would not work out..

Yeah, that was what I was trying to get at. She looked naturally modest and down to Earth without saying anything about it. Didn't complain doing farm work and was shy about being kissed. And you bring up a good point about seeing this first. You would never guess she was an actress watching it, except for the parts she was talking about dramas.

I think that's why we like her so much - she seems so accessible - even though it's probably not true at all and we have pretty good evidence to assume that she's not so good at being filmed 'out of character'

Watching more and more of Juri-chan's work, I continue to be impressed with her acting. Like many others, my first exposure to her was from Nodame Cantabile. I've commented many times about how difficult pulling off that role correctly was, and how she hit it perfectly. But Nodame is also a possible career killer; a role like that can be so endearing and remembered that no one will associates her with any other. Instead, she's able to completely disappear within her new roles, making you nearly forget that she ever played Noda Megumi. That's some serious skills. :applaud:
