omg i seriously thank you for going thru all that trouble just to answer my question :applaud: :woot:

i prolly wont mind having to watch it with chinese subs, but i was wondering if anyone else could provide me with a direct link to taiyou no uta with eng subs as well? it's my preferred choice as i started out watching jdorama (hana yori dango, 1litre of tears) with eng subs. thanks in advance.

thanks once again shiryu, for going outta da way to help me

ah its me again.
my last post was just kinda all over the place...
just cuz this drama is seroiusly getting to me. O_O

i think what makes me love it and cry so much is because... they're both just imperfect people just like the rest of us. and yet the bond they have is so beautiful. ahhhh the end of episode 5 gets me every time. im such a sucker for this. and... considering how many dramas ive seen, i usually dont cry anymore... this was an exception. i want to go and talk to the writers of this drama... which means i'd hafta be in japan... saaa i'd also like to meet all these idols too :hehe:

Yeah, youre definitely right! Ive disliked that Asami from the start... Its definitely not so hard to write a song, instead she goes crying on and on after some guy from her past.

Am I the only one who thinks that it is hard to write a song? Not to mention, it's even harder to write a good song, and even harder to write a hit song. Especially since her first single was such a success it would be that much more difficult to write a song for her second single because she has to live up to the fans' expectations or risk being labelled the "one hit wonder" (and really, has ANY artist/band dug themselves out of that label?). And it's not as if she's getting all the time in the world and no stress in writing the song. She's being constantly badgered by her management company to write a new song, and Kudou, although he isn't saying anything, is obviously wanting her to write a song quickly. Not to mention, she has a rival that's trying to dig up any dirt from her past/present. With all that stress no wonder she's having a break down.

Well...i agree with u...it's hard to write a song... esp when ppl keep asking u to write it quickly...i think to compose a song it's almost the same to write a novel/story... there're times that u stuck...Most writers and composers have experienced this...
